International Nanny Training Day
What is International Nanny Training Day (INNTD)?
INNTD was created by Nannypalooza to celebrate the incredible work nannies do for children and families. International Nanny Training Day is held to recognize the needs of young children and to raise awareness of the positive correlation between nanny training and quality care. This national initiative is part of Week of the Young Child, an annual celebration sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
On April 12, 2025, nanny-focused training events will happen in 33+ cities across 4 continents and we’re so proud to bring it to Utah once again!

Utah’s First INNTD in 2023
In 2023, Lindsay brought INNTD to Utah for the first time, offering local nannies the opportunity to experience this incredible event! Having previously attended INNTD in Colorado, Lindsay understood it’s value and was eager to share it with the nanny community in Utah. The day was filled with expert insights from a diverse group of professionals, including an educator, play therapist, speech-language pathologist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and car seat safety technician. It was a day of learning, connection, and empowerment, leaving everyone with valuable tools to enhance their care for children!

The History of INNTD
Lora Brawley, of Nanny Care Hub, organized the first NNTD in spring 2012! INNTD has grown ever since and expanded internationally in 2016! In 2015, NNTD partnered with Sue Downey at Nannypalooza! Last year, NNTD was held 35+ cities worldwide!
